Camera coverage is outcome-based. Every collection includes the planned multi-camera ceremony coverage, professionally recorded audio, and digital delivery required for its promised films. Additional camera fees apply only to a requested specialty position or second videographer.
Pricing current August 2026 and subject to availability. A signed agreement and 30% retainer reserve the date. Final scope, delivery, archive terms, and conditional services are confirmed in writing. Required taxes, permits, venue or access fees, and agreed travel costs are additional.

Digital access is convenient. A carefully made physical copy feels permanent. Options range from a standard flash drive to an engraved drive, a matching wooden presentation box, or a high-capacity archive drive in a protective enclosure.
Family duplicates and gift copies are also available. Materials, capacity, engraving, and current hardware pricing are confirmed during planning.

Why include complete ceremony coverage?
A highlight film captures the feeling of the day, but it cannot hold every vow, reading, tradition, and reaction. A complete ceremony edit preserves the service as it happened so it remains part of your family record.
What is the Memory Vault?
Standard Memory Vault plans protect the finished films delivered with your collection. They do not include every captured camera file unless a Complete Production Vault is selected. Depending on the plan, archival may include redundant backups, secure cloud storage, fresh download links, replacement media options, and migration to newer storage media as technology changes.
What is the Complete Production Vault?
The Complete Production Vault can preserve the finished films together with retained camera-original footage. Because a full production may range from hundreds of gigabytes to several terabytes, availability and pricing are based on the actual data volume and archive term.
Can family members watch remotely?
Yes. A private wedding livestream can give invited guests a way to witness the ceremony from wherever they are. The viewing plan and access details are confirmed before the event.
Can you livestream weddings?
Yes. Professional single-camera live streaming is available for churches, outdoor weddings, remote venues, and destination weddings. Other cameras may record additional angles for the edited films, but they are not switched into the live broadcast. Tested venue internet is preferred. When it is not suitable, Starlink may be available as a separately quoted option. The connection and testing plan are confirmed in the proposal.
What happens if I lose my copy years later?
If your wedding is still within an active Memory Vault term, Evan can provide a fresh download link or arrange replacement media. Available recovery options depend on the archive plan selected.
How is audio recorded?
Dedicated wireless microphones are used for key voices, with direct soundboard feeds and additional room audio captured when the venue allows. The goal is clear vows, speeches, music, and natural sound without making the production the center of attention.
Can collections be customized?
Yes. The published collections are useful starting points. Additional coverage, livestreaming, keepsakes, archival terms, and other deliverables can be combined around the actual wedding.
Do you travel?
Yes. Venues within 50 one-way road miles of Huntsville are included. Beyond that radius, the full round trip is billed at $0.76 per mile, plus parking, tolls, agreed lodging, and destination costs. Travel requirements are confirmed before booking.
How long does editing take?
Current estimates are 4–6 weeks for Ceremony, 8–12 weeks for Signature, and 10–14 weeks for Legacy. The actual delivery window is confirmed in writing before booking and may vary by season, requested films, and production complexity.

Red Jay Video is based in Huntsville and serves weddings across Madison, North Alabama, Birmingham, and beyond. Venues within 50 one-way road miles of Huntsville are included; travel beyond that radius is quoted in advance.
