Memory Vault archival

Your wedding deserves protection beyond delivery day.

Memory Vault is professional archival for finished wedding media—designed to keep important films recoverable as links expire, devices fail, and storage technology changes.

Preservation after production

A wedding film becomes more valuable with time.

Phones are replaced. Drives are misplaced. Download links expire. Memory Vault creates a managed recovery path for the finished films and preserved moments included in your collection.

Standard plans protect the final delivered films. Archival of retained camera-original footage is available separately through a custom Complete Production Vault.

It is not described in terms of hardware. The value is simpler: if a copy is lost during an active archive term, there is a professional process for helping you recover it.

A recovery story

Years later, the film was still there.

A past client contacted Red Jay Video after the original wedding DVD had been lost. The archived production was recovered, remastered, and delivered again—an example of why preservation matters long after the wedding day.

Archive plans

Choose how long the recovery path stays open.

2 years

Included with Ceremony and Signature collections. A practical recovery window after the wedding.

5 years

Extended protection for couples who want more time before choosing a longer archival term.

10 years

Included with the Legacy Collection and designed for long-term access through changing devices.

Lifetime

The longest available archival option, with specific term and service details documented in the agreement.

Archive coverage, included files, renewal or replacement costs, and the meaning of each term are confirmed in the written wedding agreement.

Optional complete archive

Complete Production Vault

This custom archive can protect the finished films together with retained camera-original footage. Pricing and available terms are based on the total volume of data, which may range from hundreds of gigabytes to several terabytes.

What Memory Vault provides

Managed protection, not a forgotten folder.

Redundant backups

Archive copies are maintained across more than one storage location to reduce dependence on a single device or copy.

Secure cloud storage

Cloud storage adds a geographically separate recovery layer for the finished media covered by the plan.

Private delivery links

A private link can provide repeated downloads during an agreed delivery window and may be shared with invited family and friends. During an active archive term, a fresh link can be prepared later if needed.

Replacement media

Replacement drives or other physical media can be arranged when available, with any material and shipping costs confirmed first.

Technology migration

Archived copies can move to newer storage media over time as formats and reliable storage practices evolve.

A real point of contact

You contact Evan rather than trying to remember which device, account, or old link held the final films.

Digital and physical

Archive access can be paired with a keepsake.

Memory Vault protects the recoverable archive. Initial delivery can use a private, shareable download link, physical media, or both.

Physical options include a standard flash drive, an engraved drive, a matching wooden presentation box, family duplicate copies, and a high-capacity archive drive in a protective enclosure. High-capacity storage is quoted at current hardware cost because capacity and market pricing vary.

Physical media is never the only copy within an active archive plan, and archival service is never a substitute for keeping your own personal copies.
